how to freeze peaches

I went to store after store and every sells were out or freezer section is heavily loaded.
Then I saw some good looking cold pack not only has bags on them, it also has a stick where I can put my peaches in the bag. The stick part has holes on one end and I can’t throw those off when storing my fruit inside the bag (only a paper bag with no hole will work). I bought all over 8 pounds of frozen peaches for about $8 in total. They came from OrganiFruits brand out of San Antonio TX. Looking at these packs back home our company have developed similar kind of packaging that don’t uses newspaper but are more reusable such as raku paper . Here is what packaging look like:
